The Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture explores and cultivates alternatives that secure healthier people and landscapes in Iowa and the nation. This center works off of state fees on nitrogen fertilizer and pesticide sales which provide an estimated $1,100,000 annually to support research, education, and administration of Center programs.
